He definitely notices the tail first, though. That's hard to miss. With the calendar in mind it's easy to come to the conclusion that Jotaro is some sort of canine Sanguis. That's very fitting; the adult Jotaro was pretty much the same. It's still weird as heck to be this close to his nephew though. They've always had a professional distance between them. Even as family, they've never done anything like hug.

It's awkward. It makes him slightly nervous, heart beating quicker. Jotaro has a commanding presence to him, and not just because of his stature. There's just an intensity in his gaze that can make a person forget to breathe. ]
