I was a businessman back home and I helped Koichi part with things he doesn't need. We met in Naples, Italy.

We're a boyband, actually. We go on tours around Italy and we're really famous. Mr. Polnareff is our manager. We call ourselves Passione.

He's a romantic. Overall great guy. He was one of the first guys who I became friends with after Bruno.

There are plenty of reasons, but the only important part is that he takes the superstition seriously enough. It's a big consideration in most things we do as a gang.

As for paranoia, well, that's just part of the job.
